The Heights® of Tomball offers a new social model of care that creates a homelike residential living community. It is literally a home away from home providing a more intimate level of care that honors dignity and personal preferences. Our customized neighborhood design embraces a culture change incorporating a warm, traditional nursing home setting with private living, dining and social areas for a more intimate feel. This concept promotes a stronger social bond among residents, families, and team members.
The interior design is customized with a warm and inviting color palette, appealing high-quality fixtures and furnishings resembling a typical home. Residents will benefit from the neighborhood’s dining room and family area (complete with fireplace and television), which serves as the central gathering spot for meals and activities.
Touchstone Communities® distinguishes itself by glorifying God while providing compassionate care and innovative approaches to short-term and long-term care. This neighborhood approach is just one of the many ways Touchstone is responding to the ever-changing needs of seniors. Residents of The Heights® benefit from the expertise of the highly trained Touchstone staff that has earned all Touchstone Communities® a reputation for exceptional senior care across Texas. Our goal is to provide an environment where not only physical needs are being met, but also one where social, emotional and spiritual needs are upheld and recognized.
