You’re thinking about coming to a Touchstone Community, but you’re worried about how you’ll get to your dialysis appointments or doctor visits. Or maybe you need to admit to a community at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night. We’ve got you covered. With support services, we will drive to your doctor appointments, offer dialysis transportation, accept admissions and offer care 24/7, design a diet for you with our registered dietitian, help with discharge planning, and much more. We take responsibility for your overall well-being, so if that means you need additional help outside of a Touchstone community, we will still find a way to support and help you.
