Touchstone Communities Skilled Nursing Care – We are honored to care for Veterans whether or not they receive VA benefits, providing compassionate, person-centered care that honors their service and sacrifice. Our skilled nursing communities accept Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance.
Texas State Veterans Homes – Through our partnership with the Texas State Land Board, we are privileged to serve in certain Texas State Veterans Homes dedicated to caring for Veterans, their spouses and Gold Star parents.
VA-contracted communities – Eligible Veterans receiving care from the VA Hospital system may receive long-term care benefits in our VA-contracted communities. This is directed and coordinated with us by the VA.
