Tremaine is a seasoned healthcare IT executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, renowned for driving transformation and innovation across complex organizations. Known for his strong technical acumen and a customer-first approach, Tremaine focuses on delivering operational efficiency and strategic growth through technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration, blending deep technical expertise with executive business insight. A former collegiate quarterback at Texas Christian University, Tremaine brings the same discipline, leadership, and drive from the field into every professional endeavor. Tremaine is a member of the San Antonio Chief Information Security Board and consults for various board across San Antonio.
