Killeen, TX: Touchstone Communities, a Texas-based provider of skilled nursing and senior care services for over 30 years, proudly announces the acquisition of three skilled nursing communities and an assisted living in the Killeen area, effective May 1.

Under the new ownership, Hill Country Rehab and Nursing Center will transition to Hill Country Heights, situated at 810 Industrial Avenue in Copperas Cove, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care patients and residents.

Similarly, Indian Oaks Living Center will be rebranded as Harker Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation, located at 415 Indian Oaks Drive in Harker Heights, delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for short-term and long-term patients and residents.

Additionally, Rosewood Retirement Community in Killeen will be renamed Rosewood Heights, situated at 4700 E. Central Texas Expressway, offering skilled nursing services. The assisted living community within Rosewood will now be known as Rosewood Villas.

These communities will now operate under the esteemed ‘Heights’ brand, synonymous with Touchstone’s commitment to excellence across Texas. With these acquisitions, Touchstone Communities’ portfolio expands to encompass 31 properties in total. 

The acquisition of these properties into the Touchstone family will further elevate the standard of senior care services in the central Texas market.
