You have access to physical, occupational, and speech therapy in all of our communities and all five Texas State Veterans Homes managed by Touchstone Communities.

With support services, we will drive to your doctor appointments, offer dialysis transportation, accept admissions and offer care 24/7, design a diet for you with our registered dietitian, help with discharge planning, and much more. We take responsibility for your overall well-being, so if that means you need additional help outside of a Touchstone community, we will still find a way to support and help you.
