Our caregivers in these communities are specially trained to understand the unique needs of memory care residents so they can provide the personalized, compassionate care that fosters comfort and meaningful connections and gives peace of mind to family members.

Concierge Medical Care

Concierge Medical Care is an on-site medical care insurance plan option that allows for a higher level of care and a closer coordination between a resident’s medical team members. It gives residents and their families the ability to directly connect with an advanced practitioner for a best-in-class healthcare experience.

Short Stay Recovery

Patients in Short Stay Recovery Care are supported as they make the transition between hospital and home. They receive a personalized plan of care that includes nursing and rehabilitation therapy provided by Aegis Therapies®, enabling them to recover and regain health and independence.

In-House Dialysis

We proudly offer In-House Dialysis Services through Carmen [kidney] HEALTH, an experienced leader in dialysis care. Residents don’t need to travel to a dialysis center—they can dialyze conveniently and comfortably in their own community. By removing the need to travel for treatment, residents may experience reduced stress and benefit from smoother care coordination between their care team, their nephrologist and the on-site dialysis care team.

Pulmonary Care

For individuals who require a higher level of skilled nursing care and rehabilitation to specifically address and manage pulmonary disease, we offer specialized Pulmonary Care Services.
