Santa Clause, aka Poth VFW volunteers Edwin Dzuik, meets and greets veterans. The Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home, which opened in 2000 is named for a decorated Marine ad former lawmaker from San Antonio, is home to 160 people.
