FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, August 22, 2014 – Snyder, Texas – Snyder Oaks Care Center is proud to announce and welcome Phillip Teague, LNFA, MHA as the community’s Administrator, and Leticia Clemmer, RN as Director of Nursing.
Teague and Clemmer joined Snyder Oaks Care Center during the same time to continue the community’s success within the Snyder community. Combined, they both have 29 years of experience in long term care.
Teague will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, while upholding the quality of care to exceed the industry’s standards. Clemmer’s role with Snyder Oaks Care Center is to provide nursing management, set resident care standards for all direct care providers and provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department.
“I’ve always had a passion for long term care,” said Teague. “My educational and professional experience has prepared me for this role as Administrator for Snyder Oaks Care Center. My goal as Administrator is to continually push beyond the norm when it comes to the long term care industry.”
