FLORESVILLE –Some locals veterans escorted some much needed supplies to veterans in Floresville.
The JBSA 5/6 Association and the Beeville Chapter of the Combat Veterans Association collected socks, T-shirts, underwear, toiletries and military clothing.
The drive happened today at the Wal-mart on Loop 410 and Ray Ellison.
The donations were given to the Frank M. Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home in Floresville — to help the veterans living there.
