With a background in public accounting, audit, and tax, Carl Fellbaum joined Stan Studer as a partner in 1997, of Touchstone Communities and in 2017 was named chief executive officer. He has also served as president, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer.
In the service of the Lord, Carl uses his financial insight and background to lead Touchstone Communities in providing the best possible environment and care for the families we serve. He is also dedicated to building a company that not only is a great place to work but also supports our team members and their families. Since 2001, Carl has been involved with the Texas State Veterans Home program.
Carl is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Ecumenical Center and he is a Stephen Minister. He has served on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Alamo Heights School Foundation, and Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
