Outdoor Visitation Requirements:
- Visits must be scheduled in advance and are by appointment only
- Visitors must be screened
- Visits must be supervised
- Resident must be COVID-19 negative
- Resident and visitors must wear facemasks
- Social distancing must be maintained. Physical contact between residents and visitors is prohibited
- Hand hygiene and other precautionary measures are required
Essential Caregiver visitations can be both inside facility or outside. You must register with the community you are visiting as an Essential Caregiver if you plan to visit inside.
