JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for pre-preparation of foods. Responsible for appropriate quantities of food prepared to meet standardized recipes and portion control. Is familiar with restricted diets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Two to three years of quality food preparation preferred.
