In addition to expert rehabilitation, Touchstone Communities offer services for patients requiring short-stay rehabilitation to help them recuperate between hospital stays and going home. Our special Return-to-Home™ program, which has an expert staff that works to limit patient stays, specializes in stroke, hip/knee replacement and other complex medical conditions. Individuals in our Return-to-Home™ program receive the specialized care they need with the focus on getting well and returning home as soon as possible.
