The Heights of Tomball Rehabilitation and Nursing has officially opened. The state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing community is located at 27840 Johnson Road in Tomball.
“We are excited that the time is now upon us to officially open The Heights of Tomball,” Touchstone Communities CEO Stan Studer Jr. said. “Services at The Heights of Tomball will be beyond what the people in this part of Tomball and the surrounding areas have ever seen. We are proud to be helping the people of this area and their families who need rehabilitation and long-term care services as well as supporting the economic growth in the Tomball and surrounding areas by employing nearly 150 team members.”
Leading the management operations at The Heights of Tomball will be administrator, Angela McArthur, LNFA. Veronica Espinosa, RN will serve as Director of Nursing (DON).
“Joining the Touchstone Communities team means a great deal to me, I am very excited about being named Administrator at The Heights of Tomball and opening our doors to the Tomball community,” McArthur said. “Every day we see evidence that the world of healthcare is changing. Yet I know that at The Heights of Tomball, we will remain committed to prioritizing quality care above anything else.”
“The Heights of Tomball is the latest innovation in rehabilitation and long term design,” Nancy Wood, Regional Director of Operations, said. “ The community offers many amenities and comforts that residents have long deserved and needed during this transitional time in their lives.”
The Heights of Tomball is a 131-bed community with 30 private rooms, all with private baths. The community is literally a home away from home, from outdoor activity areas with gardens and walking tracks to indoor dayrooms with kitchens, a private beauty salon, WiFi internet throughout and a modern therapy department that include highly technical gyms and equipment.
