Kristi brings a wealth of knowledge and a true love for working with elders to her post at Brenham Rest Home. She has more than ten years of experience in long term care, on top of an extensive educational background. Kristi obtained two Associate of Arts degrees from San Jacinto College, one in nursing and the other in social sciences. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Lamar University, and she completed her requirements to be a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in 2004. Kristi chose a career in long-term care because she wanted to make a real difference in the lives of elders. She is dedicated to bringing compassionate care, love and joy to all her residents. As she says herself, “I love being surrounded by grandparents all day long. Where else can you go to work everyday and receive all the hugs, kisses and advice you could ever want?” We are grateful to have Kristi leading our care team at Brenham Rest Home.
