Kristen has long known her calling in life was to care for the elderly. She feels a true servant-hood for this field. Before and after achieving her degree in Long Term Health Care Administration, Kristen worked with seniors and those with disabilities in community and non-profit organizations before becoming a community administrator. She also has progressive training to care for those adults with brain injuries, and has experience in benefits counseling and information and referral for seniors. As Kristen says herself, "I am proud that I have been chosen to represent those that either cannot do for themselves or need an advocate who is interested in their highest quality of life." We are certainly pleased to have someone so dedicated and skilled with the elderly leading our care team at Renaissance Villa.
