We will match your 401(k) deferral as follows: 100% of the first 1% of your salary deferred and 50% of the next 5% of your salary deferred. If you have maxed out your deferral at 6% of your salary, the Company match totals 3.5%.
Each Touchstone community is assigned a team of male, female, ethnically diverse chaplains who visit the work site regularly, and are available for crisis care, any needed help and confidential discussions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year nationwide. Local chaplain teams are specifically selected and trained to serve both team members and their families. Services range from confidential pastoral discussions to weddings, hospital visits, and funerals.
At Touchstone Communities™, we provide the option for medical and dental insurance for full-time team members who have completed 90-days of employment.
Educational Assistance Program
We encourage team members to attend job-related educational programs. Team members who wish to enroll in courses of study that are related to the team member’s current position or will enhance the team member’s potential for promotion may apply for educational assistance after one year of employment.
Touchstone Communities™ will reimburse “reasonable” costs for required continuing education for regular full-time team members who have been employed at least 6 months and whose specific job requires a license or certification.
