The Heights® of Atascosa has a dedicated, certified Alzheimer’s neighborhood unit that provides the most advanced, specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia and other memory impairments requiring specialized nursing care. We work closely with each resident’s family and physician to ensure the care provided is designed for the resident’s personal needs and preferences. Medical experts have collaborated in the design of our personalized programs including therapy, dietary regimens and activity programs for persons requiring specialized Alzheimer’s-related care.
