Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans home has a dedicated, Alzheimer’s neighborhood unit that provides the most advanced, specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia and other memory impairments requiring specialized nursing care. Our team members are trained for caring for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia related disorders. We work closely with each resident’s family and physician to ensure the care provided is designed for the resident’s personal needs and preferences.
