JOB TITLE: LVN Charge Nurse (2)
JOB DESCRIPTION: The LVN Charge Nurse is responsible for coordination and supervision of the assigned unit and ensures overall plan of care. The Charge Nurse should follow the nursing care plan, but may make changes as care needs or physician orders change
REQUIREMENTS:
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the appropriate state
• Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing.
• Previous work experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
