401K 

We will match your 401(k) deferral as follows: 100% of the first 1% of your salary deferred and 50% of the next 5% of your salary deferred. If you have maxed out your deferral at 6% of your salary, the Company match totals 3.5%. 

Local chaplain teams are specifically selected and trained to serve both team members and their families. Services range from confidential pastoral discussions to weddings, hospital visits, and funerals. The chaplains are part of a non-profit organization and do not represent company management. 

Health Insurance
At Touchstone Communities, we provide the option for medical and dental insurance for full-time team members who have completed 90-days of employment.

Prescription Drug Program
Regular full-time team members will automatically be signed up for the H-E-B Rx Rewards card at 90 days of employment. This program offers 500 generic drugs for $5 plus savings on all other brand and generic drugs.

Educational Assistance Program
We encourage team members to attend job-related educational programs. Team members who wish to enroll in courses of study that are related to the team member’s current position or will enhance the team member’s potential for promotion may apply for educational assistance after one year of employment.

Touchstone Communities will reimburse “reasonable” costs for required continuing education for regular full-time team members who have been employed at least 6 months and whose specific job requires a license or certification.
