With 16 years of experience as an occupational therapist, 14 years of management experience and knowledge of multiple care environments, Melissa is especially poised to bring critical operations management to Touchstone’s regional team. Most recently, she served as a regional resource for Ensign Facility Services. Prior to that, she served as administrator and founding director of the Sears Methodist Therapy Company, Southwest Therapy Associates.
Melissa is inspired by the never-ending desire to learn.
She believes this is critical to ensuring that Touchstone Communities continues to be dynamic in its approach to health care delivery – balancing excellent care with financial responsibility. Not only does Melissa bring a wealth of knowledge to her role at Touchstone, but her enthusiasm and can-do attitude as care reimbursement specialist helps her assist team members in delivering compassionate care through innovative approaches.
