Kellie brings to Touchstone a strong background in the management and operational side of long-term care. Serving as a licensed nursing facility administrator (LNFA) since 1986, she spent the first 10 years of her career focused on skilled nursing, and then expanded her expertise to include assisted and independent living, and became increasingly passionate about creating a culture to deliver resident center care. Kellie now uses her knowledge and service as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Touchstone Communities. She has served in a variety of capacities that make her well-qualified for this position including area manager of operations and area vice president of operations. Her work experience includes time at Summit Care, Manor Health Care, Marriott Senior Living Services and Sunrise Senior Living. At Sunrise, she worked with a team that transformed the skilled nursing centers to a more resident-centered and homelike approach to long term care. Kellie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management as well as a master’s in health administration.
