JOB TITLE: Dietary Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepares tables and food carts for service. Prepares beverages and receives food from preparation areas based on individual resident needs. Clears tables in dining room and transports carts to units. Responsible for weekly and daily cleaning duties. Assists with dish washing.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Knowledge of nutritional requirements for geriatric residents or job related experience is desireable.
